Millbrook, NY is a mere 84 miles apart. There is a lovely Metro North train that takes you from Grand Central to Poughkeepsie and/or Dover Plains where we wait in our suv (with a sticker that says GET OFF MY ASS). More for cars behind me but maybe more for the people in my life! We have been blessed to have had visitor come and play with pigs, catch fish, go antiquing at the local Bottle Shop.  We have had friends come from Oregon – our BFF’s Kim, Byron & Juan and Blake. From the City, my friend Leslie, Walter, Dee Dee, Sarah C, Rebecca, Allyson, Juli, Jewel, Pam, Loren, Gaby, Sierra, Paru, for my 3rd annual Ladies Kick Ass Night which I thought I would need to stop when I loved here – heck no. They came and new friends from Millbrook came. Food was amazing by Andrea at Sugar& Spice    It’s been such a gift to share this precious place with them. All visitors know – we are happy to have breakfast/lunch and dinner with you – but please amuse yourself during the day. We have a pool, hiking trails, goats and the keys in my car is you want to sightsee! Want to visit? We have Goat Hill Manor mugs, towels. Check in is 12pm and check out by 3pm. We will leave the lights on for ya!
